The event was held at Lanxess Arena in Cologne and brought host Heidi together with the four remaining contestants from the show. Heidi wore a sheer top under a sequined suit and flashed her famous smile, as well as two enthusiastic thumbs up, as she posed on the red carpet. The model and TV host has a lot to smile about lately. Heidi turned 39 on Friday and celebrated her big day at a surprise birthday dinner with friends in LA last week.
