The New York bash was the Halloween-fanatic's second spooky do of the year, following the party she held in Las Vegas on Saturday.
Covered head-to-toe in fur, the Victoria's Secret model described herself as the missing "link between man and ape".
Despite spending a whopping six hours getting ready, she said the brown outfit was more comfortable than the get-up she wore in Vegas.
For that event she resembled a body that had had all its skin removed.
The model and her husband monkeyed around for cameras as they arrived at the do, held at the Dream Downtown Hotel in New York.
They kissed and hugged before frantically jumping around with guests including Natasha Bedingfield.
While Nat's attempt at a jailbird was rather poor, thankfully other celebs at the do made more effort.
Black Eyed Peas star Fergie looked a fright dressed as a young beauty pageant queen from TV's Toddlers And Tiaras while Jersey Shore's Vinny Guadagnino came as Zoolander.
Also in New York was pregnant singer Beyonce who helped get the city buzzing in a yellow and black bumble bee outfit.
