Modelling pays rent but I love designing kids' clothes, says Heidi Klum

New York, August 16 (ANI): Heidi Klum has said that though modeling pays her bills it is her newly launched children's clothing line that puts a smile on her face.

"For me, it's just something I enjoy doing. I love to design," the New York Daily News quoted her as saying.

The 39-year-old supermodel's 'Truly Scrumptious,' kid's clothing line, which previewed on Wednesday, at Babies 'R' Us at Union Square is set to launch on September 15 and will feature her own designs for stylish newborns and children up to age 5.

The collection "isn't necessarily something that improves earnings," she said.

"I make a lot of money when I do a modeling gig. And it's much easier. I show up for one day, and I twirl around and smile for the camera."
