Heidi Klum Files for Divorce

Project Runway host and supermodel Heidi Klum has doused all of ex-husband Seals hopes for a reconciliation shortly after they publicly announced their split by filing for divorce.

Klums filing for divorce in a Los Angeles court draws to a close the storybook romance that people thought she and Seal had because of the numerous testaments to their love for one another, which included renewing their wedding vows yearly, their constant public displays of affection and those elaborate Halloween costume parties they throw together.

In January, after almost seven years of marriage and four kids together (Seal adopted Heidis first child from a previous marriage) they announced their separation, vowing to keep their breakup amicable.

Klums divorce documents cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the filing. Other than that it provides no details about their split, but it did mention that they have entered into a financial agreement after they were married on how to divide their assets.

Klum is asking for sole physical custody of the children, with Seal getting visitation and joint legal custody.
