Heidi Klums Makeup-Free Photo Shoot
Heidi Klum appears in a new photo campaign aimed at raising money for disadvantaged children, and although the supermodel and Project Runway host is well-accustomed to posing for pictures, this one was a little different.
The Children In Need Bearfaced Campaign has its subjects wearing no makeup, the only facial adornment being a tiny paw print on the cheek. And while most celebrities dont often go out in public without their warpaint, sources close to Klum say shes doing it a lot more since her divorce from husband Seal, as though she feels more comfortable in her own skin.
The U.K.-based campaign wants women to go makeup-free on November 9th in order to help raise funds for children in need, something Klum says is close to her heart.
I am so proud to be taking part in this years BBC Children in Need BearFaced campaign, Klum said. Having worked in the fashion industry for a number of years, I am a firm believer of encouraging womens empowerment. And what better way to do so than by supporting such a fantastic charity.
