A lot of media attention has been centered on the recently published topless photos of Kate Middleton. But the Duchess of Cambridge is not the only one to deal with an invasion of privacy. Topless pictures of Heidi Klum have also surfaced in several French tabloids, which is why the ProjectRunwayhost is thinking about taking legal action.

Heidi Klum recently enjoyed a romantic getaway to the beach with bodyguard and new boy toy Martin Kirsten. Unfortunately, what the fashion maven thought was a private affair with her boyfriend ended up plastered on the front pages of several tabloids.

According to TMZ,Heidi is comparing her situation to the one currently faced by the Duchess of Cambridge. As with Heidi, a number of topless photos of Kate appeared in the tabloids following a private outing with Prince William. Kate and William are planning to sue the source publication, and Heidi may follow suit in the near future. First though, she needs to figure out which tabl! oid is responsible for the source photos. Then, she wants to see how Kates lawsuit pans out before pursuing any legal options.

So basically, the plan is, if Kates lawsuit works out, copy it precisely and hope for the best. And if things dont go so well for Kate, well, Heidi can just cut her losses and continue on with her life. Either way, its a smart approach on Heidis part.

What do you think about the topless photo debacle? Should celebs just assume that they will always have paparazzi tailing them and stay covered up? Or is it reasonable for them to expect some privacy during romantic getaways? Share your thoughts in the comments section below!
