Seal, Heidi Klum Close to Divorce Settlement

Heidi Klum and Seal are about to officially go their own separate ways.

The former married couple of seven years are close to settling their divorce, which was filed in April, according to TMZ.

Seal is fully on board to terminate the marriage and now fully recognizes that the postnuptial agreement he signed is being applied, as it will be substantially honored.

Over the weekend, the singer exploded on his soon-to-be-ex-wife accusing Klum to have slept with her bodyguard, Martin Kristen.

After photos resurfaced of his ex vacationing in Sardinia with their children and Klums possible new love, Seal went into a rage telling TMZ:"I would have preferred Heidi show a little bit more class and at least wait until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were. But I guess you now all have the answer that you've been looking for the past seven months."

But a day after putting his big foot in his mouth, Seal retracted his words, because he didnt want the divorce negotiations to become even more wrathful.

The singer's rep issued the following statement: "Seal would like to clairfy that he was not implying his wife was cheating while they were together, but he was merely pointing out that their separation and divorce were not final and they are still legally married.

Seal commended the divorce already angry as he was challenging the postnup, but has apparently had a change of heart in order to move on.
