Heidi Klum To Sue Over Topless Pics?

Model Heidi Klum is allegedly considering a lawsuit against a French publication for printing topless pictures of her.

Snaps of Heidi on holiday with her bodyguard boyfriend Martin Kirsten in the South of France have emerged online - with TMZ reporting that Klum has compared her situation to that of Kate Middleton.

Images of the the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless of a private trip to Provence were published by French Closer magazine last week, with Middleton obtaining an injunction to prevent the further distribution of the pics in France.

Klum - who is currently divorcing hubby Seal - was said to be on a private beach when the topless snaps of her were taken, with her team now trying to find out which publication printed the images first.

Reports claim that the 39-year old will wait until the outcome of Middleton's lawsuit before taking action herself.
