Seal and Heidi Klum close in on finalizing divorce

Despite her rant last week that she did not cheat on him, the divorce between Seal and Heidi Klum is well on its way.

TMZ reported that the couple is close to reaching a divorce settlement. They announced their plans to separate in late January.

Klum and Seal have been married for seven years and have two children together. At the time of their announcement, Klum released a joint statement saying:

While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate.We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition.

According to reports, Seal is prepared to end the relationship as he recognizes that Klum has since moved on. Photos of the model spending vacation time with her bodyguard and children were pubished earlier this week. Seal responded by telling a TMZ cameraman that he wishes that Klum would not "fornicate with the help" while they are still married.
